Terms & SMS Program

Last updated August 2026. imLev is in an early-access phase; these terms will be reviewed and updated as the service grows.

The service

imLev helps you find licensed therapists and request appointments with them. imLev was formerly known as Imadi; both names refer to the same service, and older pages or messages may still show the Imadi name during the transition. It is currently offered on an early-access basis and is provided on an "as is" basis while we develop it.

SMS program terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive transactional text messages from imLev, such as waitlist signup confirmations and launch updates, one-time sign-in links, notifications about an appointment request, and availability reminders.

Message frequency varies.
Msg & data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to cancel, START to resume, and HELP for help.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive messages is not a condition of using the service; you can choose email instead.

Your information

Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in with third parties or affiliates for marketing.
