imLev - Early access

Privacy Policy

Last updated August 2026. imLev is in an early-access phase; this policy will be reviewed and updated as the service grows.

imLev ("we," "us") helps members of our community find licensed therapists and request appointments with them. imLev was formerly known as Imadi; both names refer to the same service, and older pages or messages may still show the Imadi name during the transition. This policy explains what we collect and how we handle it.

Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to give us - such as your name, email address, and mobile phone number - when you join the waitlist, request an appointment, or enroll as a therapist, together with any preferences or practice details you share with us.

How we use it

We use your information only to operate imLev: to review your request, connect you with a therapist, and send you the transactional messages described below. We do not use it for advertising.

We do not sell or share your information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information - including your mobile phone number and your SMS opt-in - with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS messaging

If you opt in to SMS, we send you transactional messages such as waitlist signup confirmations and launch updates, one-time sign-in links, notifications about an appointment request, and availability reminders.

Message frequency varies.
Msg & data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to cancel, START to resume, and HELP for help.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive messages is not a condition of using the service; you can choose email instead.

No third-party advertising trackers

We do not place third-party advertising or analytics trackers that would disclose your activity to advertisers.

The branding coach

Therapists can use an optional voice coach to help write their listing. It is never required, and a therapist who does not use it has a listing exactly as complete as one who does.

While a coaching conversation is running, what the therapist says is sent to Google, which generates the coach's spoken replies. We do not keep the audio, and we never record a conversation for later listening.

We do keep a written record of what was said in a coaching conversation, so we can look into it if a therapist tells us the coach got something wrong. It is never shown publicly and never shared. Email us and we will delete it.

Anything the coach writes is a draft the therapist accepts, edits or throws away. Nothing it suggests appears on a public listing unless the therapist puts it there.

The coach is for describing a therapist's own practice. Therapists are asked not to discuss any individual client with it, and it is not built to receive that.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as we need it to operate the service. If you would like your information deleted, email us at hello@imlev.com and we will remove it.
